Prime Cities Fund is a European real estate investment, advisory and asset management fund. Investment Scope

Type of investment - Equity and debt investments in value-oriented asset opportunities, including repositioning of existing assets or new development, for short or long term rent or for resale.

Investment portfolio - Diversified assets such as value add residential and office properties, hotels and retail ranging in value from €5 million to €100 million.

Markets - Interest in markets demonstrating economic diversity, and the prospect for growth.
